NOTICE:

If the recording is not found at the time specified, we will search thirty (30) minutes previous to the time indicated and thirty (30) minutes past the time indicated.

Original recordings are kept for a period of ninety (90) days. After ninety (90) days, the original recording is erased.

If your request is not exempt from the Public Disclosure Act, your recording will be completed as soon as possible. There may be a charge for record depending on the size of the request.
