Aerial Imagery Subscription Service

The Multi Agency Communications Center (MACC 911) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide subscription-based aerial imagery services for GIS data development, mapping, and public safety operations. The project includes Grant County, the Town of Coulee Dam, and the Wanapum "P'na" Village in Mattawa, with optional pricing for Adams County. The solution must provide streaming tiled imagery compatible with MACC 911’s Esri GIS environment and support use by MACC 911 and eligible local and county government agencies within Grant County. Questions are due by 3:00 p.m., May 14, 2026. Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m., May 21, 2026 to be eligible for consideration. Contact: Gerrit A.
