Small Works Roster

A Small Works Roster is a pool of contractors potentially interested in contracts with the Multi Agency Communications Center for small (under $300,000) public construction projects.

The Multi Agency Communications Center Small Works Roster is hosted by the non-profit Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington in the online MRSC Rosters database. More information can be found at MRSC Rosters.

ALWAYS REGISTER FOR FUTURE JOBS

Even if you have been on the Multi Agency Communications Center Small Works Roster in the past, you will need to register with MRSC for any future jobs.

Small Works Projects In general, small works projects require the following:

  • Prevailing wages be paid and documented in compliance with RCW 39.12.

  • A performance bond is executed in compliance with RCW 39.08 before beginning work.

  • The contractor holds a Washington State Contractor's License.

  • Contractor must submit a certificate of insurance naming the Multi Agency Communications Center as additional insured party before beginning work.

  • Contractor must have a City of Moses Lake business license.

  • Contractor must provide a completed W-9 form.
